Office Shared Calendar

Accessing Your Office Shared Calendar

The shared calendar is a great place to keep everyone informed about office-specific events such as:
  1. Office closures
  2. Holidays
  3. Visitors
  4. Training sessions
  5. Staff meetings
  6. Company events
  7. Other office-wide activities
Unlike your personal Outlook calendar, events on the shared calendar are visible to everyone at your office location.

Viewing the Shared Calendar

From Outlook
  1. Open Outlook.
  2. Select Calendar.
  3. In the left pane, expand Groups.
  4. Select your office location or Team (for example, WWA-BPC Location, ACT-BML Location, etc.).
  5. The office calendar will appear alongside your personal calendar.
You can check or uncheck calendars to view them together or separately.
